Check out Unreal Tournament (now up to "2004"). It comes with the Linux binary on the DVD. (It was originally released on 6 CD's, but that's a PITA to load.) The Linux port is maintained by Ryan Gordon of Icculus. (He also releases 64-bit and I think MAC OSX versions.)
