I built some rpms for FC_3_T1 ... kind of a hackery, cause not all src.rpms were provided (xmlrpc-c) and rpm has a new version.

I modified the SRPMS from http://slightly.off.net/rc-fc2

If you use it, you will be on your OWN. I will NOT fix any rpm database corruptions.
I will NOT make additional patches, etc... This is totally untested!!!

Maybe someone else will take these as a starting point to maintain them for FC-Extras...
