Linux Kernel boot options for NIC autoneg

Hi all,
first of all, I know this might be better suited for the linux kernel
list, so ignore if you agree.
1. Where can I find a comprehensive list of Kernel boot options and
documentations?
2. what is the option that will allow kickstart to configure the nic
to use autoneg when booting from a kickstart CDROM.
