ssh chroot for cvs

hi, I'm building the cvs server using ssh. The problem with that is the cvs client who accesses the cvs repository also can logon to the shell and access other stuff. How do I build the ssh server in the chroot so that the cvs client can only access the cvs repository ONLY. Thanks
