If I remember correctly, the poster who wrote that note did mention 
that it was primarily for SUSE but I thought perhaps there was enough 
info there to get you started on your quest.  If you search the CVS 
archives there are a number of other posts concerning ssh in a chroot 
jail.  The archives can be found at the same page as the subscribe 
info above.
