HP proliant DL360

HP does not have linux software releases for 2.6 kernels. 
 
Any advice with running fedora (2.6..) kernel on the 
HP proliant DL360? 
 
How good is the compaq smart array support? 
Can I get the HP storage monitoring to work? 
Or some other way of monitoring the compaq smart array.
