Unable to install FC2 on ASUS P4P800

Hi,
I have an ASUS P4P800 MB whith P4 2,8 Ghz & 512 Mo DDR.
I downloaded the FC2 x86 isos and build CDs.
While trying to install ( booting from CD1, I have the first page, and 
pressing RETURN key, the kernel begin to load.
After a few seconds, the machine reboots.
I tried on an other P4P800 system with the same result.
I tried on an onther system which isn't a P4P800, and the installation 
process is OK.
I had a look in the archives but didn't see anything.
I am quiet sure that I saw something like my problem on this list.
Could someone help me ?
Just a precision,  this machine is perfectly running whith FC1.
