I upgraded Rhytmbox to 0.6.7.
I can play music as root but when I log as any user I get no music
and a message :
osscommon: unable to open /dev/dsp (in use?)
What does it mean and how can I make it play again (previous releases
seemed to be o.k.)???
Tnx
Additional informations:
kernel is 2.4.22-1.2174.nptl
I checked that /dev/dsp permit is 600. But if I change to 666 I can't
get any improvement: still same message......
I went through Bugzilla and I found that in previous version, if you
disable system events sound it works: and it works also on 0.6.7.
Anyone experiencing same problem???
Tnx
