fedora-list digest, Vol 1 #1187 - 25 msgs

I am having trouble setting up VNC, it starts well on the linux box but when i sit infron of a win pc and connect to the linux box i get a commnad prompt and not the desktop that is displayed on the linx box.

Any sugestions
