list of duplicate packages installed?

Most of the package managers are configured to avoid duplicates (with
the exception of some packages, like the kernel).

This should give you what you want:

rpm -q --qf "%{NAME}\n" -a | sort | uniq -d

You will then need to query the outputted packages individually to find
their version info. On my system, only kernel and gpg-pubkey are
duplicates.
