Samba under Fedora

I have problem with  samba-3.0.2-7.FC1.
Neighbor with win2k can connect to my share well,
but my connection to his computer is very slow.
I'm waiting over one minute for directory listings.
conf has all default options as socket options = TCP_NODELAY 
SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192 and only our workgroup and my shares is 
specified.
