Sound card configuration: IRQ request

This is impossible as PCI devices get their IRQ automagically. You can
not pass resource parameter to module loads.

I would recommend you check your motherboard BIOS settings for IRQs and
preserve IRQ 3 and 4 for serial or ISA. The soundcard driver should be
able to share it's IRQ with another device.
