yum.conf for all

I'm having some problems with the yum.conf file that was attached.  When 
run it wants to download an athlon rpm to resolve some dependencies.  I 
have an intel system.  Obviously, this causes the upgrade to fail.

Any ideas why this would occur?  I went back to my old config and it 
didn't try the athlon download...but it didn't want to upgrade as many 
packages either.
