fedora core 1 test 2 problem

installing the fedora core 1 test 2 my sytem idles at this statement 

ACPI: IRQ9 SCI: Edge set to level trigger 

i have installed fedora core 1 with no problems but the core 1 test 2 is not responding and i know the iso images i have burned to cd are good iso's 

has anyone had this problem or experienced this 
is there something i am doing wrong ????
