RAID 0 to RAID 1

You will have to erase the partitions hda8 and hdc8 and recreate them.
Use fdisk for that job and be sure you set partition type to FD. Then be
sure your /etc/raidtab is correct with raid-level 1 for md8. After that
finally run "mkraid /dev/md8". When the md8 raid is up create the
filesystem on it. Done.
