Maybe because it isnt there? I've checked the torrent page and there are only two DVDS: 
FC2-test2-x86_64-DVD.torrent
FC2-test2-i386-DVD.torrent

On the download page on fedora.redhat.com is talks about the torrent for the dvd image of FC1 , but it has no links, only the filename and md5sum for the iso...
