FC2: no ipv6 scope global address

I have upgraded two machines to FC2 final.
Both were ipv6 enabled. One was running FC1,
the other FC2T1.
The first machine is not getting a ipv6 scope global
address anymore. It is getting a ipv6 scope link address,
though. The scope link address does work within the LAN,
but of course not beyond.
The second machine has no such problems.
The first machine has a natsemi NIC, the second an
onboard pcnet32.
Both machines are ipv4 DHCP clients, without anything
related to ipv6 in /etc/sysconfig/network or
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0.
Any ideas?
Pim
