ethtool save

Hi

I have tried to change my settings on my NIC with ethtool.
I run "ethtool -s eth1 autoneg off" and "ethtool -s eth1 duplex full".
And it working perfect, but when I restart the computer the setting are
back to autoneg on and duplex half.
How can I save the settings.
