ATI rpms

I've made my own ATI FC2 rpms that are similar to the Livna nvidia
RPMs, available here:

I hope they help others - I still don't fully grok specfiles and the
like, but its a start.  I'll try to build some FC3 rpms as soon as I
cook up a copy.
