what is the IIim service?

What is the IIim service?

I don't know if it's something that came with FC2 or that I installed 
and forgot.

I see it my 'chkconfig --list' as
IIim   0:off   1:off   2:on    3:on    4:on    5:off   6:off

system-config-services tells me that it's "a major component of IIIMSF", 
but I don't know what that is.

It also tells me that 'htt is stopped' on this service.
