FW: vsftpd error

[Zulaica, Dan USA]

I updated vsftpd to 1.2.1-5 using yum.  Still the same error.  How does one figure out if anything else is bound to port 21?

An FC1 package on FC2?

Be sure that nothing else is bound to port 21.
