Run as root:

/usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders > /etc/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders

maybe too if the file is missing too:

/usr/bin/gtk-query-immodules-2.0 > /etc/gtk-2.0/gtk.immodules
