Note that they are "enabled=0" in your configuration files, which
means they are _disable_. No need to "remove" them.

mirrorlist=... is active, so any bad/out-of-sync mirror server
can lead to such symptoms. Suggest choosing a nearby and reliable
mirror instead of relying on mirrorlist=...
