The launching of openoffice2.0 beta is too slow!

A week ago ,I yum update openoffice,but when I start it again, it cost me 
46s to launch! incredible！I search for the resolution in google,but somebody 
advise me to compile it from source,which seems more terrible for me 
,because it will cost me more time and it maybe cause a diaster to my 
system.
Any good idea will be appreciate. thanks!
