Screensaver(s) do not work

Hi All

I'd like to have some cool screensaver running on my dualhead machine, like
Matrix or Matrix3D, but every screensaver I select tells me that "there are
no settings for this screensaver", and when I click on the test button (or
when I let it run after the delay) only produces a blank screen.

Another thing, is that if I select random screen saver, and I come back after
a few hours, there are like a gazillion instances of screensavers loaded.

My setup is not xinerma but two kde sessions side by side.

Anybody have any ideas?

With kind regards

Andy
