fc4: create a new ext3 (journal) filesystem

To build an ext3 filesystem:

	mke2fs -j /dev/hda4

Or

	mke2fs /dev/hda4
	tune2fs -j /dev/hda4

The man pages are your friends.  "man mke2fs" and "man tune2fs".
