Simplifying anonymous FTP

I haven't used this in a long while but the ncftp program does this .
It goes to anonymous ftp by default and switches to pub. It also has a
options ((although I could not find this quickly) to ftp whole
directories, It can be installed by yum from extras and has a lot of
other neat features.
