All plugins are shipped as separate RPMs so we have a one-to-one mapping of
upstream project to RPM.  It doesn't make sense to include plugins as part
of "the standard Eclipse installation".  Maybe I misunderstand, though - do
you mean to make eclipse-ve (when we get it) installed by default when you
pick the Eclipse group in anaconda?
