For future reference ... It works now !!

used the xterasys_xn2522g drivers,
76268 d5147672b1e00ba61d0eff24c064bfe9 Fw1130.bin_1.2.0.30
7208 ae57fc2f9fb79d421314c8ba95af0123 RADIO16.BIN
just copy Fw1130.bin to /usr/share/acx/TIACX111.BIN
and RADIO16.BIN to /usr/share/acx/RADIO16.BIN
#modprobe acx_pci
