You don't need a separate program.

Use ssh with the -X option to log in to the remote host.  Unless port 
forwarding is disallowed by the remote server's configuration, all apps you 
now start on the remote host will open windows on your screen.

If you're using a dialup modem, though, things will run rather slow.
