p2c networks, clients

I'm looking at several p2p options:

<http://azureus.sourceforge.net/>
<http://www.limewire.org/>

Right now I run limewire but am dissatisfied with the content.  I like
gift and apollon because they will, apparently, connect to the kazaa
network.  The kazaa network, FastTrack, will have more stuff than the
gnutella network?How does gift compare to apollon?  Azureus is more
for large files?
