Failed deps qt

Hi Guys 

I am stumped or I need to be informed.
I have downloaded an alarm/timer application called cloxen

it swears about these deps -- see below

When I check my system I have got qt installed. What now?

I checked for an update on qt from fresh and livna and I have the latest 
available!


root chadlap timers]# rpm -ivh cloxten-0.1.7-1.pa.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        libqt.so.2 is needed by cloxten-0.1.7-1.pa.i386
