Installed FC4 all I get is grub>... Help

I don't know why you have the Grub shell instead of a menu but you can 
boot your FC4 from the Grub shell and then edit /boot/grub/menu.lst to 
have the grub menu at boot.
Type (if I remember):
setup(hd1,1)        # if your FC4 is on /dev/hdb2
kernel (hd1,1)/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4    # type TAB for 
autocompletion
initrd (hd1,1)/boot/initrd-2.6.11-1.1369_FC4.img
boot
