gpg problem

What's the output of:
# ls -ld / /home /home/tanguy /home/tanguy/.gnupg 
/home/tanguy/.gnupg/gpg.conf
(that's all one line)

There should be no write permissions for "others" for any of the 
directories, /home/tanguy/.gnupg should be mode 0700 and 
/home/tanguy/.gnupg/gpg.conf should be 0600.
