Just installed a new SATA disk, my first. Working fine with FC3, kernel 2.6.12.2. Since it's working so well, I thought I'd use hdparm and break it. Well, hdparm not working with this drive. And no smartctl. Googled without any real resolution. Anyone know the status of a user tool set for SATA drives? Anything in FC4? Thanks, John
