Rpmbuild Precedence Problem

Ooooops. That's the problem!!!! I used the same src.rpm for both. I have
no idea, whatsoever, how the epoch changed but, clearly, it did. I must
have my builds vs. source confused. Must have been on a day when I
missed my meds.
