Up front it may appear that way, but it tells you that someone got it to
work so the issue is in some configuration setting, combinations of loaded
software, or a hardware issue.  It may not solve your problem but it
indicates that the responder may have some environment based information
that could help you and it's time to trade more specific data.

It's a journey.
