OT: lightweight browser recommendation

I often need to open a second browser while I'm working to check
cookies, etc in sites that I work on. I've been using opera, but it
does take a while to load. Can anyone recommend a lightweight browser
that supports cookies, and loads fast?

I have found Dillo, Links-Graphic, BrowseX, and Arachne. Can anyone
give me their opinion of these browsers, or others? The most important
criterion is a fast load time. Thanks.
