WebPage weird behaviour

Hello,

i'm running FC3, httpd-2.0.52-3.1, php-4.3.11-2.5,
php-eaccelerator-4.3.11_0.9.2a-0.1.fc3 and my webpage
behaves weird...when i load it in browser, sometimes
it shows the source code of the page...like it would
bypass php handler...when i click the reload button
several times, it gets loaded correctly.... but it's
absolutely random...

/var/log/messages without any error...

and some weird errors in /var/log/httpd/error_log :

158.193.85.49] File does not exist:
/var/www/favicon.ico, referer: ****page3.htm
[Thu Jun 02 02:39:22 2005] [error] [client
158.193.85.49] unknown value "UTF-8" to parameter
"encoding" of tag echo in
/var/www/error/include/top.html, referer: ***page3.htm
