I don't think you should be sending "rejection notices" at all, but
simply not accepting obviously bad mail with a 5xx reject code.  A
genuine user will be notified by HIS email server that there was a
problem.  A spammer will just give up after a few tries.  (I mean give
up until the next spew of junk, not give up for good unfortunately).
