CD/DVD of FC4 does Kernel Panic at boot - solution

Here's the solution found for the Kernel Panic case that happens when booting
the CD/DVD of FC4 to launch install.

You get
Kernel Panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(3,2)
or
VFS: Cannot open root device "<NULL>" or unknown-block(3,2)

try this:

1- at boot: prompt just type in some random crap
2- validate, the system will just give an error
3- at the boot: prompt again, just press enter

Then the install shall run fine ... weird
