Then check your name resolving setup. Something is broken. Especially
check /etc/hosts and /etc/samba/lmhosts.

By any chance your Windows® PC is from the 192.168.0.0/24 net?

> hosts allow = 192.168.0 192.168.1. 192.168.2. 127.

This is your initially posted smb.conf content. The the missing trailing
dot for the "192.168.0" net.
