Hi!

TCP Port 443 is the default HTTPS port, I don't know
what kind of stuff are you running on your machine,
you only have to worry about this if you're running a
Web server with SSL support or if you want to
communicate with a website with https (like an online
store)... Online stores use this TCP port and protocol
HTTPS to protect your privacy, like credit card
numbers... etc...

I really don't know what your doing or where did you
see this, be more specefic on what are you trying to
do... and remember... You always can GOOGLE!!
