(still) update conflict between kdelibs and kde-i18n-Polish

Please post the output of:

$ rpm -q --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH}\n' kdelibs 
kde-i18n-Polish

Do you actually need the Polish translations for kde?
