module in blacklist keeps loading

Hello everyone I blacklisted a the snd_intel8x0m
module and sound worked for a while; now it the module
keeps loading and my sound is muted again. How can I
fix this?
I have been using the development kernels for a while
the current is 2.6.13-1.1547_FC5, but the problem is
still the same for the old kernels.
