Some rescue images are included in the distro in images/diskboot.iso;
just use dd to copy it to a device.  This images is generated by the
/usr/lib/anaconda-runtime/mk-images and mk-images.i386 (or whatever
architecture you're running) scripts from the anaconda-runtime
package.
