Another Yum Error Today

I'm now getting:

#yum upgrade yum
Loading "installonlyn" plugin

And, then it sits and sits and sits until I abort with a ctrl-c.

Is this also the result of maintanance work at Red Hat today?
download.fedora.redhat.com is responding to pings, and I can ftp into
the servers, too. Seems there's more to the story.
