Peculiar logic of duplicate.

Since I have an instance of hormel.redhat.com sending duplicate messages
5 hours apart it occurs to me that the frequency with which you actually
see duplicate messages in your mail client depends on how often you read
you mail.
Since I read my mail twice a day at 8-9 am and 3-4 pm the duplicate
messages would be more obvious to me.
