Hey, someone running this site please contact me off list :)

ip route 66.139.0.0 255.255.0.0 Null0 name hackers-1-1-06

a number of other ISP's also taking out this block 
Basically I need a contact number for who runs this block, and i mean 
someone I can talk to, not some whois BS info contact that never replies 
or takes 3 months to do so...

I would like to fuck this lil prick over and teach him/her a leason in 
life sooner rather than later :D
