New dovecot problem? - Solution

Everyone,

I had the same problem and finally figured out the solution.

When the new rpm was installed it created a new /etc/dovecot.conf.rpmnew
file but did not update the old file.  I put all of my entries into the
dovecot.conf.rpmnew file as well as commenting out the line

#pop3_uidl_format = %08Xu%08Xv

This fixed the problem
